延续性护理在老年冠心病合并慢性高血压中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Continuous Nursing in Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Hypertension

目的研究延续性护理在老年冠心病合并慢性高血压中的效果。方法本次研究对象为2018年9月—2019年9月期间在本院就诊的老年冠心病合并慢性高血压患者,根据随机数字表法将69例患者进行分组,对照组34例实施常规护理,观察组35例实施延续性护理。将两组的心功能、血压水平、护理满意度进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的LVEF水平以及护理满意度高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD、舒张压以及收缩压水平均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对老年冠心病合并慢性高血压患者实施延续性护理可使其心功能、血压水平得到较好地改善。

Objective To study the effect of continuous care in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic hypertension.Methods According to the random number table method,69 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic hypertension received by our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and 35 cases in the observation group were given continuous nursing.The heart function,blood pressure level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The LVEF level and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group.LVEDD,LVESD,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the heart function and blood pressure of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic hypertension.
