摘要
气举生产技术是海上油田常见的生产方式之一,但是常规气举生产需要使用制氮机来提供气源,费用较高且占用平台空间资源。S1井坐落于海上油田S平台,该平台为无修井机台,平台面积小,不满足常规气举条件。为了降低开采成本,通过对S平台现场情况调研,设计出一套依托高产气临井气举生产流程,借助该平台高压气井气源,改变生产流程,优选合适的气举深度,将气源井与待气举井串联,并通过合理控制气源井生产制度,最终实现了两口井同步、高效、稳定生产。
Gas lift production technology is one of the common production methods in offshore oilfields,but conventional gas lift production requires the use of nitrogen generator to provide gas source,which is expensive and takes up platform space resources.Well S1 is located on platform S of offshore oilfield,which has no workover rig and a small platform area,which does not meet conventional gas lift conditions.In order to reduce the production cost,a set of gas lift well production process relying on the high yield gas is designed through the field investigation of platform S.With the help of high pressure gas well gas source on this platform,the production process is changed,the suitable gas lift depth is selected,the gas source well is connected with the well to be gas lifted in series,and the production system of gas source well is reasonably controlled,so that the synchronous,efficient and stable production of the two wells is realized.
