摘要
电潜泵泵工况仪可以实时记录电潜泵机组运行参数,为油井动态分析及故障诊断提供更多、更直接的数据。由于海上采油平台大多数油井泵工况为后期增加,相关参数只能通过泵工况仪控制屏查看,若需要历史数据分析时,只能通过数据线连接笔记本电脑或插拔存储卡的形式下载、备份,其操作繁琐且经常因数据线、存储卡故障造成数据丢失。针对泵工况仪存在的不足,在平台投产前期即制定并实施设备安装、数据整合、智能化存储和分析方案,投用后不仅实现了泵工况参数在中控系统的显示、存储和实时监控,还利用计算机软件对数据进行异常预警和态势分析,为海上平台泵工况仪的优化、提升提供了良好的借鉴。
The working condition instrument of ESP can record the operation parameters of ESP in real time,and provide more direct data for dynamic analysis and fault diagnosis of oil well.Because most of the working conditions of oil well pumps on offshore oil production platforms are increased in the later stage,the relevant parameters can only be viewed through the control panel of the pump working condition instrument.If historical data analysis is needed,it can only be downloaded and backed up by connecting the data cable to the notebook computer or plugging the memory card.The operation is cumbersome,and the data are often lost due to the failure of the data cable and memory card.Aiming at the shortcomings of the pump condition instrument,the equipment installation,data integration,intelligent storage and analysis schemes were developed and implemented in the early stage of the platform production.After putting into operation,not only the display,storage and real-time monitoring of pump operating parameters in the central control system are realized,but also the abnormal warning and situation analysis of data can be carried out by using computer software,which provides a good reference for the optimization and upgrading of pump operating condition instrument on offshore platform.
