摘要
为了研究Ni-W-P-Si_(3)N_(4)化学复合镀层在高速钢刀具上应用的可行性,对比研究了Ni-W-P合金化学镀层与Ni-W-P-Si_(3)N_(4)化学复合镀层的摩擦磨损性能.利用Quanta200型扫描电子显微镜观察了镀层形貌,用VMHT-002V型显微硬度计测量了镀层硬度,用MS-T3000型球盘式摩擦磨损试验仪测试了镀层的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明,试验条件下,当载荷为200 g、滑动速度为20 m/min时Ni-W-P-Si_(3)N_(4)化学复合镀层表现出了较好的摩擦磨损性能,相比Ni-W-P基础化学镀层,Ni-W-P-Si_(3)N_(4)化学复合镀层的摩擦因数减少了28%、摩擦率减少了44%.
In order to study the feasibility of Ni-W-P-Si_(3)N_(4)chemical composite coating used on high speed steel tool,the friction and wear properties of Ni-W-P basic electroless plating and Ni-W-P-Si_(3)N_(4)chemical composite coating were compared.The morphology of the coating was observed using Quanta 200 scanning electron microscope,the hardness of the coating was measured with VMHT-002V microhardness tester,and friction coefficient and wear rate of the coating were tested with MS-T3000 ball-disk friction and wear tester.The results indicate that under the test conditions,the Ni-W-P-Si_(3)N_(4)chemical composite coating has the best friction and wear properties when the load is 200 g and the sliding speed is 20 m/min.That is,compared with the Ni-W-P basic electroless coating,the friction coefficient of the composite coating is reduced by 28%and the friction rate is reduced by 44%.
