消费结构升级下的新疆城镇居民消费结构变动研究

Study on the upgrading of consumption structure of urban residents in Xinjiang

消费水平的提高以及消费质量的改善是居民消费结构升级的重要表现.为了研究新疆城镇居民消费结构的升级,首先对新疆城镇居民消费结构的变动进行了描述性的分析,其次运用ELES模型给出了八大类消费品的边际消费倾向、需求的收入弹性以及价格弹性.研究表明:21年以来,随着新疆城镇居民收入的增长,城镇居民消费比重超过了居民的储蓄和非消费支出的比重.同时居民对服务类商品的消费比例也不断地上升,尤其是交通通讯和教育文化方面的消费快速的增长.新疆城镇居民消费结构的升级不仅会受到价格和收入的影响,也会受到服务类商品的发展;因此,要稳定物价水平、不断提升服务产业发展水平、合理调整供给在需求上的平衡、激发居民的消费潜力.

The improvement of consumption level and consumption quality is an important manifestation of the upgrading of consumption structure.In order to study the upgrading of consumption structure of urban residents in Xinjiang,this paper first makes a descriptive analysis of the changes of consumption structure of urban residents in Xinjiang,Secondly,the paper uses ELES model to give the marginal propensity to consume,the income elasticity of demand and the price elasticity of eight categories of consumer goods.The research shows that in the past 21 years,with the growth of urban residents'income in Xinjiang,the proportion of urban residents'consumption has exceeded the proportion of residents'savings and non-consumption expenditure.At the same time,the proportion of residents'consumption of service goods has also been rising.The upgrading of consumption structure of urban residents in Xinjiang will not only be affected by the price and income,but also by the development of service commodities.Therefore,it is necessary to stabilize the price level,continuously improve the development level of service industry,reasonably adjust the balance of supply in demand,and stimulate the consumption potential of residents.
