摘要
挂板与主车通过牵引机构进行机械连接和动力传递,当人工肉眼和直觉判断牵引机械的机械锁止状态时,容易造成误判,诱发安全事故,开发牵引机构安全防护报警系统很好地解决了这种操作难题。本文介绍甩挂车安全保护报警系统的工作原理,并就传感器、万向球伸缩机构的选型和安装要求、气路回路方案设计进行了分析和说明,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
Trailer and the hanging panel are mechanically connected and power transmitted through traction mechanism. When the mechanical locking state of the traction mechanism is judged by the naked eye and intuition, it is easy to cause misjudgment, and induce accidents.The development of the safety protection alarm system of the traction mechanism can well solve this operation problem. This paper introduces the working principle of trailer safety protection alarm system. It analyzes and explains the design of air circuit scheme and the selection and installation requirements of sensor and universal ball telescopic mechanism, and the effect is very good in practical application.
