盐胁迫下氯化钙对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究盐胁迫对小麦的危害以及如何缓解盐胁迫的作用对于提高小麦的产量和抗盐性具有重要的意义.本文采用实验室水培的方法,以河南省优质高产强筋小麦新品种郑麦369为例,研究盐胁迫对小麦种子萌发的影响,并进一步探究盐胁迫下外源氯化钙对盐胁迫的缓解效应,结果表明,(1)NaCl盐胁迫下,小麦种子的萌发受到抑制作用,且盐浓度越高,其抑制作用越强,就郑麦369而言,250 mmol/L的NaCl溶液是其发芽的临界浓度;(2)CaCl2溶液对200 mmol/L的NaCl盐胁迫均有一定的缓解作用,且随着CaCl2溶液浓度升高,各指标表现为先升高后降低的规律,6 mmol/L时缓解效应最好;(3)6 mmol/L的CaCl2溶液极显著地提高了种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,对小麦幼苗的生长也产生一定的影响,但对根数和根长的缓解程度大于鲜重和苗长.综上所述,盐胁迫对小麦种子萌发具有一定的抑制作用,但外源CaCl2能显著缓解中等浓度盐胁迫对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用,其中6 mmol/L时效果较好. The investigation on the harm of salt stress to wheat and the alleviation of exogenous paths to the salinity tolerance has great significance for the increasing of wheat yield and the enhancement of wheat salinity-tolerance.This study aims to investigate the effects of salt stress to Zhenɡmɑi 369 wheat and the alleviation of exogenous CaCl2,therefore providing a theoretical basis for wheat cultivation and management.For this purpose,experiments were conducted to examine the effects of salt stress to wheat 369 under hydroponic conditions,and on this basis,four different concentrations of CaCl2 are selected to determine the regulatory effect of CaCl2 on growth of wheat under salt stress.The results showed that(1)salt stress inhibited the seed germination,and the inhibitory effect increased with the increasing of NaCl concentration.NaCl solution of 250 mmol/L was critical concentration,indicating that wheat 369 was strong salt-tolerant.(2)Application of exogenous CaCl2 alleviated inhibition of salt stress of wheat 369,and seed germination and seedlings growth first increased then decreased with the increasing of CaCl2 concentration.The effect of concentration of 6 mmol/L CaCl2 was optimal.(3)The concentration of 6 mmol/L CaCl2 significantly reduced the adverse effects caused by salt stress,improved wheat germination energy,germination rate,germination index and vigor index,promoted the growth of the seedling,but the amount of root and length were alleviated more than fresh weight and seedling length.In conclusion,salt stress caused the inhibition of seed germination of wheat,but exogenous CaCl2 could alleviate inhibition of salt stress.Furthermore,concentration of 6 mmol/L CaCl2 was optimal for Zhengmɑi 369 wheat.
