摘要
人口老龄化背景下,老弱失能患者对医疗服务需求剧增,发展居家医疗服务成为我国积极应对老龄化的有效策略依据积极老龄化理论提出的政策框架,对方庄社区基于IFO C模式的居家医疗服务发展现状、基本经验以及存在问题进行全面分析。在此基础上完善居家医疗服务发展路径:完善专业人才培养机制,为推进居家医疗服务提供人才保障;完善志愿参与者机制,营造良好的参与氛围;完善相关法律法规机制,保障服务人员执业合法性。
In the context of population ageing, the demand of medical services from the elderly and disabled has increased dramatically, and the development of home-based medical services has become an effective strategy to actively deal with aging in China. According to the policy framework based on the theory of active aging, the status, basic experience and existing problems of home-based health care service based on IFOC model in Fangzhuang community were analyzed. Based on which, some countermeasures were put forward, such as improving the training mechanism for professionals, perfecting the mechanism for voluntary’s participation, and reinforcing the relevant laws and regulations to develop the development path of home-based health care services.
