微孔发泡注塑成型工艺及其设备的技术进展 被引量:5

摘要 微孔发泡注塑技术是实现塑料轻量化设计的重要途径。在简要回顾微孔塑料发泡注塑成型工艺的基础上,重点介绍了微孔发泡注塑成型设备的发展动向。从注气、塑化、注射、模具和辅助系统等五个模块,分析总结工艺要求及多种国外产业端的先进设备特点和解决方案。文中重点论述多个成功应用的生产设备创新案例,并对微孔发泡注塑成型技术和设备的未来发展趋势进行展望。 Microcellular injection molding was an efficient and important approach applied in the lightweight plastics.Based on a brief review of microcellular injection molding process,the development trend of the molding equipment of micro porous plastic foam injection was mainly introduced.The process requirements and the characteristics and solutions of various advanced equipment in foreign industries were analyzed and summarized from five modules,such as,gas injection,plasticizing,injection,mold and auxiliary system.Many successful applied production equipment cases were discussed,and the future development trend of microcellular foam injection molding technology and equipment was prospected.
