摘要
采用自主研发的超大长径比(136)双螺杆挤出机实现了PAN初生纤维的纺丝制备,研究了PAN粉料质量分数(16%、20%、24%)、双螺杆挤出机机筒温度(50、60、70℃)、循环挤出次数(0、1、2)对PAN初生纤维力学性能及表面形貌的影响。结果表明,PAN初生纤维的拉伸强度随质量分数、机筒温度和循环挤出次数的增加而增大;PAN初生纤维的断裂伸长率随质量分数和循环挤出次数的增加而减小,随机筒温度的升高而增大;随着循环挤出次数增加,纤维表面越来越规整,缺陷逐渐减少。研究结果为利用超大长径比双螺杆挤出机制备出性能更好的PAN初生纤维奠定了基础。
The spinning preparation of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nascent fiber was realized by using the self-developed twin screw extruder with a super large length to diameter ratio(136).The effects of mass fraction of PAN powder(16%,20%,24%),barrel temperature(50,60,70 ℃)and cyclic extrusion times(0,1,2)on mechanical properties and surface topography of PAN nascent fibers were investigated.The results show that the tensile strength of PAN nascent fibers could increase with the increasing of mass fraction,barrel temperature and cyclic extrusion times.The elongation at break of PAN nascent fibers could decrease with the increasing of mass fraction and cyclic extrusion times,and increase with the increasing of barrel temperature.With the increase of cyclic extrusion times,the surface quality of fibers becomes better and surface defects decrease.The research results provide a foundation for the preparation of PAN nascent fibers with better performance by using the twin screw extruder with super large length to diameter ratio.
