摘要
通过差示扫描量热仪研究成核剂对聚乳酸结晶行为的影响,成核剂主要选取苯基膦酸盐、苯基膦酸盐复配物和多酰胺类化合物,通过研究发现苯基膦酸锌及其复配物对聚乳酸结晶有较明显的促进作用,苯基膦酸锌最佳添加量为0.8%,苯基膦酸锌复配物最佳添加量为1%。
The effect of nucleating agent on the crystallization behavior of polylactic acid(PLA)was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Nucleating agent mainly selected phenylphosphonates,phenylphosphonate complex matter and multi-amides.It has been found that zinc phenyl phosphonate and its mixture could significantly promote crystallization of polylactic acid,the optimal addition amount of zinc phenyl phosphonate is 0.8%,the optimal addition amount of zinc phenyl phosphonate complex is 1%.
