热固性酚醛树脂再生活性细料物性参数标定及应用

摘要 为准确评价再生热固性酚醛树脂再生活性细料的机械混合程度,提出了通过休止角合理推测其他参数的思路,并提出了一种粉体休止角测定方法。以休止角作为参照,基于Hertz-Mindlin接触模型与前馈神经网络的预测模型,采用离散元参数标定的方法,对细料离散元物性参数进行标定。采用K-means聚类分析法确定细料离散元参数范围,选择一组最优离散元参数应用于细料机械混合再生制备试验。结果表明,再生活性细料颗粒随机混合浓度的相对标准偏差(RSD)约为0.15,接近均匀混合状态,获得综合性能较优的再生复合保温板,验证了细料离散元参数标定方法的有效性与可行性。 In order to accurately evaluate the mechanical mixing degree of recycled thermosetting polyurethane,the idea of reasonably inferring other parameters through angle of repose(AOR)was put forward,and a method of measuring repose angle of powder was proposed.Based on Hertz-Mindlin contact model and the prediction model of feed forward neural network,the discrete element method(DEM)was developed to calibrate the physical parameters of fine materials.K-means clustering analysis method was used to determine the parameter range of fine material DEM.A group of optimal DEM physical parameters was selected to apply the mechanical mixing regeneration simulation test of fine material.The results show that the relative standard deviation( RSD )of the random mixing concentration of recycled active fine particles is about 0.15,which is close to the uniform mixing state.The recycled composite insulation board with better comprehensive performance is obtained,and the validity and feasibility of the parameters calibration method with DEM are verified.
