技术赋能时代翻译教师能力结构模型构建与提升策略探究 被引量:18

On the modelling and development of translation teacher competence in the age of technological empowerment

摘要 技术赋能时代,翻译实践和翻译教学景观发生系统性变迁,翻译教师面临严峻挑战,翻译教师能力的应然结构需要相应演进。本文首先厘清翻译教师能力的概念内涵,然后考察技术驱动下翻译教学的新问题和新需求,梳理翻译教师能力结构的演进历程,进而构建翻译教师能力结构模型,最后从职业化翻译专业师资培训、基于翻译资源的自主学习和翻译专业教师实践共同体创建三个维度探讨翻译教师能力提升策略,提出新时代翻译教师能力发展模式,以期推动我国翻译专业师资建设及相关研究发展。 In the age of technological empowerment,the landscapes of translation practice and translation teaching have both undergone systematic transformation.Translation teachers are confronted with tough challenges,whose ideal competence profile should evolve accordingly.This paper first clarifies the concept of translation teacher competence,then examines the new problems and demands emerging in translation teaching,and reviews the evolution process of translation teacher competence profile,thereby leading to the modelling of translation teacher competence.Finally,it discusses the development strategies for translation teacher competence from three dimensions,i.e.professional training for translation teachers,self-directed learning based on translation resources,and community of practice for translation teachers,with a view to proposing a competence development model for translation teachers in the New Era.Hopefully,the paper is likely to promote the development of teaching faculty for translation programmes and relevant research in China.
