人工智能技术和网络技术的飞速进步,对智慧图书馆服务与建设具有重大的意义。文章对高校智慧服务当前发展中的热点进行分析和研究,从服务意识、服务视角、用户行为分析、智能化建设等4个方面重点阐述,发现智慧服务中存在的问题并建立应对策略,探索智慧服务的形式和发展趋势,促进智慧图书馆可持续稳定发展。

The rapid development of artificial intelligence and network technology is of great significance to the service and construction of smart library.This paper analyzes and studies the hot spots in the current development of smart services in colleges and universities.It focuses on the four aspects of service consciousness,service angle of view,user behavior analysis and intelligent construction.It figures out the existing problems in smart services and sets up countermeasures to explore the forms and development trends of smart services,so as to promote the sustainable and stable development of smart library.
