在世界经济竞争越来越激烈的时代背景之下,知识经济的发展潮流势如破竹,这也必然会推动知识产权在全球经济舞台上发挥越来越重要的作用。知识产权不仅是公司在全球经济贸易中取得一席之地的基本因素之一,甚至会对我国在全世界发展的动力和空间起到确定决定性作用。因此,知识产权的高效管理、有效应用等方面都有极其重要的战略意义。在这个背景之下,文章通过使用层次分层及模糊综合评价的方式构建评价指标体系,从管理学和知识产权法的视角出发,对S公司知识产权管理体系展开系统而深入的探究。

Under the background of more and more fierce economic competition in the world,the development trend of knowledge-based economy is like breaking bamboo,which will certainly promote intellectual property rights to play a more and more important role in the global economic stage.Intellectual property right is not only one of the basic factors that companies gain a place in the global economic trade,but also plays a decisive role in the power and space of our country’s development in the world.Therefore,the efficient management and effective application of intellectual property rights have important strategic significance.Under this background,the paper constructs the evaluation index system by using the method of hierarchical and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and makes a systematic and deep inquiry into the intellectual property management system of S company from the angle of management and intellectual property right law.
