针对当前科技咨询服务业存在的问题,文章基于国内现有研究分析了科技咨询服务平台建设现状,提出建设科技咨询服务应用示范点,根据示范条件在江苏省内筛选符合要求的创新创业载体开展科技咨询服务平台先期试运行,并给予一定的支持政策。根据试运行情况对平台加以改进和完善,提高平台适用性和使用率,解决当前领域存在的问题,总结科技咨询服务体系建立的新方法、新模式,进而扩大创业载体的知名度,降低服务成本,提高利润,推动科技咨询服务业的发展,为新经济生态化发展提供有力支撑。

In view of the problems existing in the current sci-tech consulting service industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of the sci-tech consulting service platform construction based on the domestic existing researches,puts forward the construction of the sci-tech consulting service application demonstration site.According to the demonstration conditions in Jiangsu,the innovative and entrepreneurial carriers that meet the requirements are screened to launch the sci-tech consulting service platform in advance trial operation and give a certain support policy.According to the trial operation,the platform is improved,the applicability and utilization rate of the platform are improved to solve the problems existing in the current field,summarize the new methods and new models for establishing the sci-tech consulting service system,so that the popularity of the entrepreneurial carrier is expanded,the service cost is reduced,the profit is increased,the development of the sci-tech consulting service industry is promoted,and the strong support for the ecological development of the new economy is provided.
