不同方法治疗结直肠小息肉的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of different treatment methods for small colorectal

目的:比较内镜下不同方法治疗结肠息肉的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析合肥市第一人民医院消化内科2018年9月至2019年9月收治的结肠息肉患者240例作为研究对象,根据手术方式分成EMR组、HSP组、CSP组,对比分析各组治疗临床总有效率、手术时间、术后住院时间等临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果:CSP组的息肉切除时间比HSP组及EMR短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EMR组的治疗有效率高于另外两组,术后并发症总发生率小于另外两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者息肉数目、大小、部位、一次性完整切除率、术后住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3种方式都可选择用于治疗结直肠小息肉,其中内镜下黏膜切除术安全性及有效性高,术后并发症发生率低,可作为首选方式。

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of different endoscopic methods in the treatment of colon polyps.Methods:240 patients with colon polyps scheduled to receive endoscopic resection in The First People’s Hospital of Hefei from September 2018 to September 2019 were assigned into three groups according to the operation way:EMR group,HSP group and CSP group.Comparative analysis were conducted on the clinical total effective rate,operation time,postoperative hospital stay and other clinical indicators and complications of different treatment.Results:The polypectomy time of CSP group was shorter than that of HSP group and EMR group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The EMR group had a higher response rate than the other two groups,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the other two groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number,size,site,one-time complete resection rate and postoperative hospital stay between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:All the three methods can be selected for the treatment of small colorectal polyps.Among them,endoscopic mucosa resection has high safety and effectiveness,and low incidence of postoperative complications.
