基于CiteSpace的国际医患沟通研究热点及趋势的知识图谱分析

Knowledge map analysis of international doctor-patient communication research hotspots and trends based on CiteSpace

目的:了解当前国际医患沟通研究的基本情况和研究热点,为我国医患沟通研究及实践提供前瞻性参考。方法:使用CiteSpace可视化软件的热词聚类分析、突变词分析等方法绘制知识图谱,对1991—2019年WOS数据库4038篇文献进行梳理,寻找研究热点,分析研究趋势。结果:国际医患沟通研究发展可大致划分为3个阶段,逐渐形成了系统而具体的研究范畴;美国在发文数量、研究机构、拥有期刊、基金资助等方面遥遥领先;相关文献主要来自医学相关学科、教育学和心理学;国际医患沟通暂未形成核心作者群,但研究内容趋于丰富,研究方法趋于全面;我国医患沟通研究的国际影响力较弱。结论:我国医患沟通研究需要加强政府引导和投入,需要实现系统而具体的研究转变,需要推进学科化和专业化建设。

Objective:To understand the current international doctor-patient communication research hotspots,and provide a prospective reference for the study and practice of doctor-patient communication in China.Methods:By using the methods of hot word cluster analysis and mutation word analysis of CiteSpace visualization software to draw the knowledge map,this paper combs 4038 articles in WOS database from 1991 to 2019 to look for the research hotspot and analyzing the research trend.Results:(1)the international doctor-patient communication research can be roughly divided into three stages,gradually forming a systematic and specific research category;(2)the United States is far ahead in the number of published articles,research institutions,the possession of periodicals,fund funding and so on;(3)related literature mainly comes from medical related subjects,pedagogy and psychology;(4)international doctorpatient communication has not formed a core group of authors,but the research content tends to be rich and the research methods tend to be comprehensive;(5)the international influence of China’s doctor-patient communication research is weak.Conclusion:The research of doctor-patient communication in China needs to strengthen the government’s guidance and investment,to realize the systematic and concrete research transformation,and to promote the construction of discipline and specialization.
