摘要
为了提高体能适应度的量化评估能力,提出基于肢体和心脏功能储备的体适能评估模型。以最大摄氧量、最大心率HRmax、动静氧脉差、氧脉搏O_(2)P等参数为自变量,构建体适能评估的约束参数模型,采用大数据融合的方法,实现肢体和心脏功能储备数据融合处理,构建体适能评估的身体机能参数数据,采用统计分析和变量特征分解的方法,实现体适能评估过程中的特征提取和信息聚类,根据肢体和心脏功能储备的信息聚类和融合结果,采用最小二乘拟合的方法,实现体适能评估。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行体适能评估的自适应寻优能力较好,评估精度较高,提高了体适能的优化评价和决策能力。
In order to improve the quantitative evaluation ability of physical fitness,a physical fitness evaluation model based on limb and heart function reserve was proposed.With parameters such as maximum oxygen uptake,maximum heart rate HRmax,dynamic and static oxygen pulse difference and oxygen pulse O_(2)P as independent variables,a constraint parameter model for physical fitness evaluation is constructed.By using the method of big data fusion,limb and heart function reserve data fusion processing is realized,and physical function parameter data for physical fitness evaluation is constructed.Statistical analysis and variable feature decomposition are adopted to realize feature extraction and information clustering in the process of physical fitness evaluation.According to the information clustering and fusion results of limb and heart function reserve,least squares is adopted.Simulation results show that this method has better adaptive optimization ability and higher evaluation precision,and improves the optimization evaluation and decision-making ability of physical fitness.
