基于步进电机的绷缝机送料装置控制系统设计

摘要 绷缝机安装送料装置可扩大其应用范围。为了解决目前市场上机械式送料的缝边绷缝机结构复杂、可调节能力不足的问题,提出一种基于步进电机的独立式送料装置取代现有的机械式送料装置。该装置采用32位ARM芯片NUCO29xAN作为控制器,通过SLA7026M芯片驱动步进电机带动滚轮实现送料。为了实现步进电机和主轴电机的同步运行,设计了基于串口通信的速度匹配控制方法。为验证该装置及控制系统的性能,设计并完成了两种不同弹性衣料的缝制试验,结果表明缝制合格率全部超过93%,满足实际使用需求。 Independent feeding device can enlarge the application area of Flat Lock Machine.The existing mechanical feeding device has complicated structure and poor adjustable capacity,and in order to replace it for the Flat Lock Machine,a kind of electric drive independent feeding device which adopts a step motor as the driver is developed.A 32bit ARM chip NUC029xAN is used as the controller,and SLA7026M chip is employed to drive the step motor.The rollers are actuated by the step motor so as to deliver the elastic cloth.The step motor should have synchronous rotation with the main shaft electric motor,and as a result speed match control algorithm based on serial communication is designed.To verify the performance of the developed feeding device and its control system,sewing experiments of two kinds of clothes with different elasticity are carried out,and the acceptability of all groups are over 93%which satisfy actual application requirements.
