The design of multi-channel high-power Pulse Acoustic Transmitter based on ARM

摘要 为了实现管道的声波无损检测,设计了多通道大功率脉冲声发射器,采用了基于ARM的微控制器,绘制了以STM32F103ZET6为核心的硬件原理图,详细阐述了脉冲波形成电路、前置放大电路、功放电路的设计,并匹配了相应功率的声源;完成发射装置样机试制,并做了脉冲声在管道内传播的采集试验;试验结果表明发射器可输出多路保证精度的脉冲波形,在管道内距离发射器20 m的检测范围内,声压级可以达到60 dB以上,保证了检测距离内声压级的有效性,为进一步脉冲声的管道无损检测技术奠定基础。 In order to realize the non-destructive detection of pipeline blockage by multi-channel high-power pulse sound,the design method based on ARM microcontroller is adopted,and the schematic diagram of hardware design with STM32F103ZET6 as the core is given.The design of waveform forming circuit,preamplifier circuit and power amplifier circuit are described in detail,and the corresponding power sound source is matched.The pulse sound is transmitted in the pipeline The test results show that the transmitter can output multi-channel pulse waveform to ensure the accuracy,and the high-power emission of the transmitter ensures the effectiveness of the sound pressure level when the sound wave is transmitted to the detection point;the multi-channel high-power pulsed acoustic transmitter based on arm can realize the pipeline nondestructive testing within a certain distance range.
