摘要
本文首先通过对减振器测试所得的频响函数进行数据处理与拟合,得到了减振器垂直方向的等效刚度、阻尼曲线;所得曲线可作为减振器有限元模型的数据输入。其次通过对减振器进行模态试验、仿真结果分析对比,调整了减振器有限元模型CBUSH单元的径向刚度,使仿真、试验结果趋于一致,保证了所建减振器有限元模型的有效性。通过上述试验、仿真分析工作,提供了一种可用于整车路噪仿真分析的减振器有限元建模方法。
Firstly,through data processing and fitting of the frequency response function obtained from the vibration absorber test,the equivalent stiffness and damping curve of the vertical direction of the shock absorber are obtained.The curve obtained can be used as the data input of finite element model of shock absorber.Secondly,by modal test and simulation analysis,The radial stiffness of CBUSH element of finite element model of shock absorber is adjusted,So that the simulation and test results are consistent.Then,further assurance the validity of finite element model of shock absorber.Through the above experiment and simulation,the finite element modeling method of shock absorber,which can be used for road noise simulation analysis of the whole vehicle,is standardized.
