摘要
利用AMESim软件建立了质子交换膜燃料电池发动机一维仿真模型,包括电堆、空气系统、氢气系统和冷却系统。从空压机选型、电堆运行条件匹配、冷启动和整车经济性四个方面介绍了AMESim仿真软件的应用。仿真结果表明,电堆运行条件对系统零部件选型尤其是空压机影响较大,适当降低进气计量比和进气压力可降低部件功率消耗,提升系统整体效率,PTC水加热器可以大幅缩短燃料电池发动机冷启动时间,减小系统怠速功率可提升整车经济性。应用AMESim软件进行仿真分析对于燃料电池发动机设计开发具体一定的指导意义。
One-dimensional simulation model of proton exchange membrane fuel cell engine is established by AMESim software,the model including the stack,air system,hydrogen system and cooling system.The application of the software is introduced from four aspects:air compressor selection,stack operation condition matching,cold start and vehicle economy.The simulation results show that the operation conditions of the stack have a great influence on the selection of system components,especially the air compressor.Properly reducing the intake stoichiometric ratio and intake pressure can reduce the power consumption of components and improve the overall efficiency of the system.The PTC water heater can greatly shorten the cold start time of the fuel cell engine,and reduce the idle power of system can improve the economy of the vehicle.The simulation analysis with AMESim software has certain guiding significance for the design and development of fuel cell engine.
