整车人机工程设计是一门多学科交叉学科,其重点是"以人为本",且人机工程本身包含了一定的主观因素,如行为习惯、生理及心理需求等,所以整车人机工程设计时,通过人-机-环境的综合分析,研究操作性、舒适性等为主的人机要素,最大限度地满足人的生理及心理需求。而在汽车行业本地化研发的大趋势下,人机工程设计的本地化应基于本地人群,了解人群特征和需求等,通过用户体验、消费者调研及评价等技术手段,了解"人"的需求,最终输出最优人机工程设计方案。由于我公司组织架构特征上,整车人机工程设计属于总布置范畴,本文通过人机工程设计本地化方法、总布置设计指南本地化梳理及更新方面人机工程设计案例,强调整车人机工程设计本地化的重要性和必要性。

Ergonomics is a multi-subject of intercross which focuses on the"human-oriented"study,and there are some subjective factors belong to the ergonomics,such as the behavioral habit、physiological and psychological needs etc.,by using the generalized analysis for humanvehicle-environment,we usually research the elements such as operability and comfort ability during the ergonomic design,then the human’s physiological and psychological needs can be greatest satisficed.In this kind of climate for localization research,we must choose some local people to study the characteristics and needs,by force of technological means of UX,investigate&survey and evaluation to grasp what people need and then the optimum program can be output.Because of the special organization structure for my company,the ergonomics belongs to the package layout,the article will give some examples about the methods and guide for the localization package,also some Ergonomic cases will the updated,the significance and necessity will be stated during the research.
