摘要 针对某SUV怠速开空调车内存在"突突"异响的问题,运用源-传递路径-响应的分析方法,借助噪声和振动频谱相关性分析的手段,确定怠速空调开启时车内异响主要是由于空调系统管路隔振不足导致振动传递引起。通过采用增加空调低压软管长度及在空调管路增加质量块的优化方案,有效解决了空调开启车内异响的问题。 In order to solve the problem of"tutu"abnormal noise in an SUV at idle speed When the air conditioning compressor is working,the transfer path analysis method and the correlation analysis of noise and vibration spectrum are used to determine that the abnormal noise in the vehicle when the air conditioner is on,the abnormal noise is mainly caused by the vibration transmission caused by insufficient pipe vibration isolation of the air conditioning system.The problem of abnormal noise in the air conditioner is effectively solved by increasing the length of low-pressure hose and adding mass block in the air-conditioning pipeline.
