颤针疗法治疗急性经筋病探析——澄江学派特色技术系列

As a famous school of acupuncture and moxibustion in China,Chengjiang School plays a vital leading and promoting role in the revival and development of acupuncture and moxibustion,the construction of modern academic system of acupuncture and moxibustion.As a characteristic therapy of Chengjiang school,vibrating acupuncture gives full play to the characteristics of the school,which bases on clinical efficacy,inherits traditions and absorbs new things,combines Chinese and Western,and peruses the improvement of academic.It is one kind of treatment which combines vibration therapy with acupuncture,uses vibrating acupuncture as the mechanical vibration source to connect the needles and acts on the local parts of the human body,applies the vibration therapy after obtaining qi or the occurrence of upper and lower conduction.This paper introduces the definition,operation method,technical essentials and theoretical background of traditional Chinese and western medicine of vibrating acupuncture,which lays a theoretical foundation for discussion on the application of vibrating acupuncture in the treatment of common and frequently-occurring clinical diseases represented by acute meridian sinew disease.Also,it discusses the setting of treatment parameters,the optimization of application and long-term efficacy.
