活性染料紫外线光接枝芳纶织物的性能 被引量:1

Performance on the UV-induced photografted aramid fabric with reactive dyes

摘要 与传统的吸附染色相比,紫外线光活性染色是指在紫外线的照射下,利用染料的光反应例如光共聚合和光致交联对织物进行染色。染色可以在室温、不加盐的条件下进行,有利于环境保护。活性红84在传统染色工艺下不能上染芳纶织物,但是在紫外线照射下,采用活性红84和单体N-(3-二甲氨基丙基)甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAPMA)可接枝共聚到芳纶织物上。染后织物色泽鲜艳,耐水洗和耐摩擦色牢度较高,实现了在不破坏芳纶性能前提下的环保染色。 Compared with conventional adsorption-based coloration,UV-induced photoactive coloration is the photoreactions of dyes such as photo-copolymerization and photo-crosslinking under UV irradiation which can be employed for the coloration of textiles.Moreover,it can be carried out without salt addition at room temperature and make it an alternative,novel coloration process of excellent environmental friendliness.Aramid fabrics cannot be dyed with C.I.Reactive Red 84 under the conventional dyeing process.C.I.Reactive Red 84 and N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)methacrylamide(DMAPMA)are continuously grafted and polymerized onto aramid fabrics by UV irradiation.The photochemically dyed aramid fabric showes bright color,higher colorfastness to rubbing and washing.Therefore,the environmental friendliness dyeing of aramid fabric could be realized without destroying the properties of aramid fiber.
