摘要
为防止纳米材料接触皮肤产生毒性,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO_(2),通过SEM、XRD等研究了TiO_(2)的形貌、晶型和粒径。制备PU-TiO_(2)涂料,将涂料均匀涂覆到决明子外层。采用特殊工艺在机织物纬向正反面形成局部管,以密封性良好的局部管为载体,在管内填充决明子。织物经纬纱均以镀银T/C 65/35双股线为原料,赋予织物特殊的保健和防护功能;测得决明子的平均粒径为2.54 mm,计算得到决明子颗粒的最佳填充个数。测试结果表明:织物的紫外线防护系数UPF为48.9,UVA的透射比T(UVA)为2.92%,织物最大屏蔽效能SE为51.3 dBm,最小屏蔽效能SE为32.32 dBm,保暖率为33.2%,对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别达到92.2%和95.3%。
In order to prevent the toxicity of nanomaterials contacting with skin,Nano TiO_(2) is prepared by sol-gel method.The morphology,the crystal form and particle size of TiO_(2) are researched through a scanning electron microscope(SEM),an x-ray diffraction(XRD)and other instruments.PU-TiO_(2) coating is prepared and evenly coated onto an outer layer of semen cassiae.Local tube is formed on both sides of the weft direction of the woven fabric through a special process.The local tube with good sealing property is used as the carrier,and cassia seed is filled in the tube.The warp and weft yarns of the fabric are made of silver plated T/C 65/35 double strand yarn,which gives the fabric special health care and protection functions.The average particle size of the semen cassiae is 2.54 mm,and the optimum number of cassia seed particles is calculated.After testing and analysis,the results show that the ultraviolet protection coefficient(UPF)is 48.9,the transmittance(UVA)is 2.92%,the maximum SEs 51.3 DBM,the minimum SE is 32.32 DBM,the heat preservation rate is 33.2%,and the bacteriostatic rate against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus of the designed functional protective clothing fabric are 92.2%and 95.3%respectively.
