摘要
为提高环锭纺成纱质量,提出一种机械预捻环锭纺纱方法,并对其原理及预捻装置的方案设计进行介绍。通过纺纱试验探究了捻度对成纱强力和纱线毛羽性能的影响,并利用显微镜观察了预捻环锭纱的表面形态,同时测量了预捻环锭纺纱过程中的加捻三角区宽度,证明了预捻环锭纺的有效性。试验结果表明:机械预捻环锭纺在提高成纱强度、减少纱线毛羽方面效果显著。
In order to improve the quality of ring-spun yarn,a kind of mechanically pre-twisting ring spinning method is proposed,and its principle and the design of the pre-twisting device are introduced.The effect of twist on yarn strength and yarn hairiness is explored through spinning experiments.The surface morphology of the pre-twisted yarn is observed with a microscope,and the width of the twisting triangle area is measured during the pre-twisting ring spinning process.Meanwhile,the width of twist triangle in the process of pre twisted ring spun yarn is measured,which proves the effectiveness of pre twisted ring spun yarn.The results show that mechanically pre-twisting ring spinning has positive effects on improving yarn strength and reducing yarn hairiness.
