老挝KCL项目大直径熟料库实仓测试研究

摘要 依据老挝KCL项目的大直径熟料库实仓测试成果对上浮式廊道浅圆仓展开分析。在生产环境下对熟料库贮料压力进行测试,发现贮料静止时仓壁处水平压力随埋深的增加而加大,卸料时会出现无规律的波动,但整体呈现减小趋势;廊道顶面的压力值在卸料会出现较小的超压现象,但随卸料的持续总体也逐渐减小。 Based on the test results of the large-diameter clinker warehouse in Laos KCL project,an analysis is carried out on the float⁃ing corridor shallow round warehouse.The storage pressure of the clinker silo was tested in a production environment,and it was found that when the storage was static,the horizontal pressure at the silo wall increased with the increase of the buried depth,and irregular fluctuations occurred during discharge,but the overall trend was decreasing;The pressure value on the top surface of the gallery will have a small overpressure during discharge,but it will gradually decrease as the discharge continues.
