摘要
目的进行CBL教学模式在口腔解剖生理学教学中的应用及效果评价。方法选取遵义医科大学口腔医学专业2014级68名本科学生为研究对象,由教师提供代表性的临床病例,学生通过查阅资料,分析,进行讨论。结果29.41%的学生认为CBL教学的开展增加了他们的学习负担,19.12%学生认为CBL教学没有增加学习负担,在被调查的学生中88.24%仍然愿意在以后的教学中继续引入CBL教学模式。结论CBL教学以临床病例为出发点,能够培养学生的自学能力以及临床思维能力,调动学生主动学习和自学能力,能激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生的自信心,能提高分析问题,解决问题的综合能力,同时有助于提升教学质量,CBL教学模式正好能适应现代医学人才的培养。
Objective Application and effect evaluation of CBL teaching mode in oral anatomy and physiology teaching.Methods 68 undergraduate students majoring in stomatology of Zunyi Medical University in 2014 are selected as the research objects.The methods are that the research objects discuss and analyze representative clinical cases selected and provided by teachers after searching information.Results The results show that 29.41%of the students think that the adoption of CBL teaching increases their learning burden.19.12%of the students think that the adoption of CBL teaching does not increase their learning burden.88.24%of the students surveyed are still willing to accept CBL teaching mode in the future learning.Conclusion In conclusion,based on clinical cases,CBL teaching mode can cultivate students'self-learning ability and clinical thinking ability,active students'self-learning ability,stimulate students'interest in learning,and improve students'self-confidence.Moreover,CBL teaching mode can improve the comprehensive ability of analyzing and solving problems.At the same time,the CBL teaching mode can help to improve the quality of teaching.CBL teaching model can adapt to the training of modern medical talents in a suitable way.
