3D打印技术在住院医师规范化培训骨盆骨折教学中的应用

Application of 3D Printing Technology in the Standardized Training of Residents Teaching of Pelvic Fracture

目的探讨3D打印技术在住院医师规范化培训骨盆骨折教学中的应用效果。方法选取在南京医科大学附属江宁医院骨科接受第二阶段规范化培训的住院医师45人,随机分为对照组23人和观察组22人。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组通过利用3D打印模型进行数字化模拟教学,通过出科考核成绩对两组学生的学习效果进行评价。结果观察组理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩均高于对照组住院医师(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术应用于住院医师规范化培训骨盆骨折的教学中,能够有效提高住院医师的理论成绩和实践操作成绩,可使住院医师短时间内有效掌握骨盆骨折的解剖特点。

Objective To explore the application of 3D printing technology in the standardized training of residents teaching of pelvic fracture.Methods A total of 45 residents who received phaseⅡstandardized training in department of orthopaedics,the affiliated Jiangning hospital of Nanjing medical university,they were randomly divided into control group(n=23)and observation group(n=22).The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the observation group carried out digital simulation teaching with 3D printing technology.The learning effect of the two groups was evaluated by their examination results.Results The scores of theoretical examination and operation skill in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing technology in the standardized training of residents teaching of pelvic fracture.It can effectively improve residents,theoretical and practical operation result and can enable residents to grasp the anatomical characteristics of pelvic fracture within a short time.
