牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙根尖周病变的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析MTA应用于牙髓血运重建术治疗发生根尖周病变年轻恒牙的临床疗效。方法选择包头医学院第一附属医院口腔科2018年12月—2019年10月收治的60例发生根尖周病变的年轻恒牙患者作为研究对象,按随机方法将患者分成对照组与研究组给予不同治疗方法,两组分别采用根尖诱导成形术和牙髓血运重建术。观察两组患牙的冠根比、牙根管壁厚度以及牙髓活力的变化,并进行对比分析。结果研究组患牙的冠根比、牙根管壁厚度等指标较对照组高,而且牙髓电活力测试结果部分病例可出现阳性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患有根尖周病变的年轻恒牙采用牙髓血运重建术治疗后,更容易获得较理想的根管壁厚度、牙根长度及冠根比,使牙髓复活,牙根的抗折性得到安全有效的改善。牙髓血运重建术具有巨大的潜力,是一种有效的、安全的生物模式,用于保存结构不完整的牙齿提供了可能性。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of MTA applied to pulp blood revascularization in the treatment of young permanent teeth with periapical lesions.Methods Sixty young permanent teeth patients with periapical lesions treated in the department of stomatology of the first affiliated hospital of baotou medical college from December 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random method,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group to be given different treatment methods.The two groups were treated with apexoplasty and pulp revascularization respectively.Changes in the ratio of crown to root,root canal wall thickness,and pulp vitality of the two groups of affected teeth were observed and compared.Results The crownto-root ratio and root canal wall thickness of the study group's teeth were higher than those of the control group,and the pulp electrical activity test results were positive in some cases,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the young permanent teeth with periapical lesions are treated with pulp revascularization,it is easier to obtain ideal root canal wall thickness,root length and crown-to-root ratio,so that the pulp can be revived and the root fracture resistance can be secured effectively improved.Pulp revascularization has great potential and is an effective and safe biological model.It provides the possibility to preserve teeth with incomplete structures.
