螺旋CT及核磁共振成像诊断肝小静脉闭塞病的价值比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在肝小静脉闭塞病诊断中采用螺旋CT及核磁共振成像的检测价值。方法选取自2017年7月—2019年7月期间在医院进行相关诊疗的拟诊肝小静脉闭塞患者总共60例进行本次医学研究。依不同检测方案分为CT组和联合组,CT组:所有患者均先行螺旋CT检测,将所得的影像学结果归为CT组。联合组:在CT检测的基础上进行核磁共振成像检测,联合影像学结果记入到联合组,整理分析两组患者病理类型不同的影像学表现。此外将诊断的结果与术后病理检测结果比较。比较联合检测的特异度及灵敏度,并比较两组检测准确率差异。结果螺旋CT与核磁共振成像联合诊断的灵敏度92.31%,特异度78.57%,与单纯应用螺旋CT检测相比较,检测的准确率也较高,可以较为准确的检测不同影像学表现。结论螺旋CT联合核磁共振成像诊断方法应用于临床诊断肝小静脉闭塞病时,可取得较为满意的诊断效果,具有良好的灵敏度和特异性,且准确率较高,可作为临床上诊断肝小静脉闭塞病的首选诊断方法。 Objective To investigate the detection value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of hepatic venous occlusion.Methods A total of 60 patients with hepatic venous occlusion were selected from July 2017 to July 2019.All the patients were first examined by spiral CT,the results were classified as CT group,and then MRI was performed on the basis of CT test.The results of combined imaging were recorded in the joint group,and the imaging related manifestations of the two groups of various pathological types were recorded.In addition,the results of the diagnosis and postoperative pathological examination comparison of results.The specificity and sensitivity of the joint detection were compared,and the accuracy of the two groups was compared.Results The sensitivity of the combined diagnosis of spiral CT and MRI was 92.31%and the specificity was 78.57%.Compared with the simple application of spiral CT,the accuracy of detection was also high,which could accurately detect all kinds of pathological manifestations of patients.Conclusion In the diagnosis of hepatic venous occlusion,the diagnosis effect of spiral CT combined with MRI has good sensitivity and specificity,and the diagnostic accuracy is high.Break method.
