抗精神病药物联合生物反馈治疗首发精神分裂症21例

Antipsychotics Combined With Biofeedback in the Treatment of 21 Cases of First-episode Schizophrenia

目的探析抗精神病药物与生物反馈联合在首发精神分裂症治疗上的临床应用价值。方法研究对象是42例于2018年1月—2019年8月期间内在医院就诊的首发精神分裂症患者,用随机数字表法分组,21例/组。对照组给予齐拉西酮口服,观察组采用齐拉西酮口服+生物反馈疗法治疗,对比治疗效果。结果开展治疗工作前,对比两组的PANSS评分和焦虑评分,P>0.05,说明差异无统计学意义,而治疗后两组的PANSS评分和焦虑评分均显著降低,且组间治疗后比较,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。通过对比生活质量评分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于首发精神分裂症患者,临床上选择抗精神病药物(齐拉西酮)与生物反馈疗法相结合的方式予以治疗可获得理想效果,有利于患者疾病症状和焦虑情绪的改善。

Objective To explore the clinical value of antipsychotics combined with biofeedback in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia.Methods The subjects of the study were 42 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019.They were divided into 21 cases/group by random number table.The control group was given ziprasidone orally,and the observation group was given ziprasidone orally+biofeedback therapy to compare the therapeutic effects.Results Before starting treatment,the PANSS score and anxiety score of the two groups were compared,P>0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference.After treatment,the PANSS score and anxiety score of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the comparison between the groups after treatment was observed.The group is significantly lower than the control group,there is a significant difference,P<0.05.By comparing the quality of life scores,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with first-episode schizophrenia,a combination of antipsychotic drugs(ziprasidone)and biofeedback therapy can achieve ideal results in clinical treatment,which is beneficial to the improvement of disease symptoms and anxiety in patients.
