快速康复护理在腹腔镜胆结石患者中的应用

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients With Laparoscopic Gallstones

目的探究快速康复护理干预对腹腔镜胆结石患者术后感染及并发症发生的影响。方法根据不同的护理方法,将2019年1—12月期间医院收治的120例胆结石患者分为对照组(实施常规护理干预)与观察组(实施快速康复护理干预),每组各60例,并对比两组患者各项手术指标、手术前后视觉模拟评分法评分(VAS)、护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、并发症的总发生率。结果观察组的各项手术指标较之于对照组优,观察组的VAS评分较之于对照组低,观察组的HAMA评分、HAMD评分较之于对照组低,观察组的并发症的总发生率较之于对照组低,P<0.05。结论腹腔镜胆结石护理工作中应用快速康复护理能够改善患者各项手术指标,并降低其VAS评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分,减少各类并发症的发生,能够获得更为理想的效果,促进其疾病康复。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on postoperative infection and complications of laparoscopic cholelithiasis patients.Methods According to different nursing methods,120 patients with cholelithiasis admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were divided into control group(with routine nursing intervention)and observation group(with rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention),60 in each group,and the operative indexes,visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after surgery,hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score before and after nursing,and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operative indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in laparoscopic gallstone nursing can improve various surgical indicators of patients,and reduce their VAS score,HAMA score,HAMD score,reduce the occurrence of various complications,can obtain a more ideal effect,promote their disease rehabilitation,can be popularized.
