摘要
某水泥厂5000t/d生产线窑尾烟囱SO2排放周期性超标(大于500 mg/m3),为解决这一问题,从根源上查找水泥熟料生产线中硫的来源和排放,结合不同的脱硫技术,针对某水泥厂的硫超标排放的现象,分析原料中低价硫对硫排放的影响,强调低价硫检测的重要性。
The SO2 emission from the chimney exceeded the standard at a 5000 t/d cement plant,in order to solve the problem,the source and emission of sulfur are found out from the root.Combined with different desulfurization technologies,aiming at the phenome⁃non of excessive sulfur emission in a cement plant,the influence of low price sulfur in raw materials on sulfur emission is analyzed,and the importance of low price sulfur detection is emphasized.
