浅析工业互联网在水泥装备行业的应用

Analysis on the application of industrial Internet in cement equipment industry

作为数字化浪潮下新一代信息技术与工业经济深度融合的产物,工业互联网在多行业取得积极进展,但其在水泥装备行业的应用目前仍处于起步阶段。本文结合我国水泥装备行业的现状,分析工业互联网平台的架构组成,并进一步阐述了工业互联网在智能生产管理、智能装备研发、智能设备管理与预知性维护等水泥装备行业的典型应用场景,以期为水泥装备行业的工业互联网应用探索提供启发。

As a product of the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and industrial economy under the digital wave,the Industrial Internet has made positive progress in many industries,but its application in the cement equipment industry is still in its infancy.Based on the current situation of cement equipment industry in China,this paper analyzes the structure of the industrial Internet platform,and further expounds the typical application scenarios such as intelligent production management,intelligent equip⁃ment research and development,intelligent equipment management and predictive maintenance,so as to provide inspiration for the ex⁃ploration of industrial Internet application in cement equipment industry.
