卒中后抑郁与神经再生相关研究进展 被引量:2

Progress of research about the relationship between post-stroke depression and neurogenesis

摘要 卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)是脑卒中最常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者生活质量。然其具体发病机制尚不清楚,考虑到PSD病灶位于脑部,主要累及中枢神经系统,因此神经再生学说一经提出,立即引起国内外学者的重视。然而神经再生需要多因素共同参与、调控,本文主要综合神经递质、神经营养因子、神经内分泌等方面,阐述PSD与神经再生相关的研究进展。 Post stroke depression(PSD)is one of the most common complications of stroke,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.However,the specific pathogenesis of PSD is still unclear.Considering that PSD is located in the brain and mainly affects the central nervous system,the theory of neurogenesis immediately attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad since it was proposed.However,neurogenesis is a process that requires joint participation and regulation of multiple factors.In this paper,the progress of research about the relationship between post-stroke depression and neurogenesis is reviewed in aspects of neurotransmitters,neurotrophic factors and neuroendocrine.
