摘要
某调距桨型式推进船舶的桨毂螺栓发生腐蚀。通过材质、力学性质分析等手段对其腐蚀的原因进行了探查,发现轴电流是事故的主要诱因,并且提出了相应的改进建议,可为后续类似船舶设计给出参考意见。
Corrosion always occurs to propeller hub bolts of adjustable pitch propeller for one ship. This paper analyzed the causes of corrosion through the analysis means of material quality and mechanical properties and found that the shaft current was the main cause of accident.Furthermore,the suggestions for improvement were putted forward,which would provide a reference for the future design of similar ships.
