DEU教学模式在临床护理教学中的运用

摘要 目的探讨实习专用病房(Dedicated education unit,DEU)教学模式在临床护理实习教学过程中的应用效果。方法选择2019年6月17日~2020年3月15日在我科实习的2017级护理大专班实习护生106名,按教学方法的不同进行分组,其中使用传统带教方式的为对照组,采用DEU临床护理教学方法的为实验组。分析比较两组学生实习出科的考核成绩,包括理论知识、综合技能和实际运用能力。结果经过DEU临床护理教学后,实验组护生的理论知识和综合技能得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组护生对教学效果的满意度评价高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论DEU教学模式在临床护理教学中的效果显著,有助于培养护生的临床综合能力,提高教学质量。 Objective To study the effect of using DEU teaching mode in the nursing practice teaching of undergraduate nursing students.Methods 46 nursing undergraduates of grade 2016 were enrolled in DEU clinical nursing teaching.The theoretical knowledge,comprehensive skills and practical ability were assessed before and after teaching.Results After DEU clinical nursing teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive skills of undergraduate nursing students in this group were higher than those before teaching,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the evaluation of teaching effect between pre-and post-teaching for nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusion Using DEU clinical nursing teaching method is more helpful to improve the comprehensive ability,cooperation and communication ability of nursing students,and enhance their learning ability and self-confidence.
