中国乡村建设百年演进的当代启示

The Contemporary Enlightenment on Rural Construction of China in the Century

辛亥革命后的百余年来,中国乡村建设几经波折,先后经历了民国时期的乡村建设实验运动、新中国成立初期的乡村社会主义改造、改革开放后的农村家庭承包经营探索实践及新世纪以来的新农村建设等不同阶段的演进。不同时期乡村建设的主题、路径、成效虽各有差异,但又相互承接,相互联系,并共同构成了百年来中国乡村发展历史画卷。中国百年来的乡村建设实践表明:实施乡村振兴战略应注重乡村的本位价值,坚持农民的主体地位,发挥政府的主导作用,推动制度的根本变革,协同推进乡村政治、经济、文化、社会和生态建设。

For more than a hundred years after the revolution of 1911,China's rural construction has been a few twists and turns.It has experienced the evolution of rural construction experiment during the period of the Republic of China,the socialist transformation in the early stage of the founding of new China,the practical exploration of rural development after the reform and opening up and the new rural construction in the new century.Although the themes,paths and effects of rural construction differ from each other in different periods,they are mutually related to each other,and constitute a historical picture of the development of rural China in the past century.The practice of rural construction in China for a hundred years shows that:To carry out the strategy of rural revitalization,we should pay attention to the rural standard value,adhere to the dominant position of farmers,give full play to the leading role of the government,promote the fundamental transformation of the system,and promote the rural political,economic,cultural,social and ecological construction.
