摘要 从顶层设计的政策发展逻辑、人才培养的类型逻辑、学科专业建设的专业群逻辑等方面论述了应用型本科高校建设与发展的逻辑内涵。在普通本科高等学校向应用型转变的过程中,要实现人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合,实现从单一专业到复合专业的跨越,专业群建设必须走不同于以往、有自身特色的新道路,必须搭建专业发展“骨架”,充实学科“血液”,强健师资队伍“肌肉”,塑造教师的教改“灵魂”,培植应用型本科高等教育的“造血基因”。 This paper discusses the logic connotation of the construction and development of application-oriented universities from the aspects of the logic of policy development from top-level design,the type logic of talent cultivation,and the specialty group logic of discipline construction.In the process of the transformation from ordinary undergraduate institutions of higher learning to application-oriented universities,the structural elements of the supply side and the industry demand side of talent training are integrated in an all-round way,and the span from a single major to a composite major is realized.The construction of specialty groups in application-oriented universities must take a new road different from the previous one with its own development characteristics.The construction of application-oriented colleges and universities should build up the skeleton of professional development,enrich the blood of disciplines,strengthen the education and teaching ability of teachers,shape the soul of teachers'education reform,and cultivate the hematopoietic gene of application-oriented higher education.
