摘要
以应用型本科院校培养应用型人才为出发点,优化人才队伍、改革教学手段、提升教学理念、建立评价体系、邀请企业高管和优秀校友反哺课堂,对发酵工艺学课程实施了“教、练、评、请”的教学改革模式。
The article is based on the application-oriented universities cultivating the application-oriented talents as the starting point,from the aspects of optimization of talent team,reforming teaching methods,improving teaching idea,establishing the evaluation system,inviting executives and let outstanding alumni feedback classroom implementing"teaching,practice,assessment,please"teaching mode for the fermentation technology course.
