区域地下水水位水量双控管理研究 被引量:7

摘要 为加强水资源开发利用控制红线管理,研究和探讨地下水关键水位与地下水控制性用水总量之间的内在联系和外在联系,从双控管理区域、地下水控制性总量、地下水控制性关键水位、基于监测的实时地下水位、地下水实际用水量、管理方案的触发等方面,并结合典型问题实例,对区域地下水水位水量双控管理的理论与应用进行系统分析,得出4个主要结论。(1)地下水控制性用水总量可由均衡法确定的地下水允许开采量换算得到;控制性下界水位可由地下水控制性用水总量及警示系数计算得到。(2)管理区内任意点实时监测的水位数据可以通过对监测井网的监测数据的收集传输及插补延展,绘制地下水水位等值线图得到,实际开采量可由水位实时监测数据计算得到。(3)给出了基于水位与水量的地下水开采状态的判断方法,根据不同的判断结果,触发相应管理方案。(4)成功对地下水控制性水位确定、地下水浸没判断与管理、地下水位控制性监测及边界水量交换计算4个典型地下水双控管理问题实例进行分析。 In order to strengthen the development and utilization of water resources for control the red line management,research and discuss the internal and external connections between the key groundwater level and the total amount of groundwater control consumption,from the dual control management area and the total amount of groundwater control,groundwater control key level,real-time groundwater level based on monitoring,actual groundwater consumption,triggering of management plan,etc.,combined with typical problem examples,systematically analyze the theory and application of regional groundwater level and groundwater volume dual control management,4 main conclusions are drawn.(1)The total amount of groundwater control can be calculated by the allowable extraction of groundwater determined by the equilibrium method;the lower control groundwater level can be calculated from the total amount of groundwater control and the warning coefficient.(2)The real-time monitoring groundwater level data at any point in the management area can be obtained by collecting,transmitting,interpolating and extending the monitoring data of the monitoring well pattern,and drawing the groundwater level contour map.The actual mining volume can be calculated from the real-time groundwater level monitoring data.(3)The method for judging the state of groundwater exploitation based on groundwater level and groundwater volume is given,and the corresponding management plan is triggered according to different judgment results.(4)Successfully analyzed four typical examples of groundwater dual control management problems:determination of groundwater controllable level,groundwater immersion judgment and management,groundwater controllable monitoring and boundary exchange calculation.
