摘要
电力系统的二次系统是保证系统稳定运行及电能质量的基本组成部分,而二次系统的性能受到采样及传输等环节中的时滞现象的影响。在构建广域电力系统模型的过程中考虑了二次系统具有时滞,提出了新的Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函构造与解析方法,得到了稳定性判据。该判据有效地减少了结果的保守性。通过典型的单机-无穷大系统仿真分析,说明提出的建模与分析方法扩大了系统的稳定运行区域。
Power secondary system plays a key role in guaranteeing the stability of power systems and maintaining the high qualitity of elctrical energy.However,the dynamical performance of the power secondary system is effected by the time-delay phenomenon that appears in the sampling and transmission of signals.Therefore,the time-delay in power secondary system is taken into account in modeling the wide area power system.Furthermore,we present a new approach to construct and compute Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional so as to derive statiblity criterion for the power system.And the stability criterion derived in this way turns out to be less conservative.Finally,numerical simulations for the typical single machine system illustrate that,as compared with existing methods,our method indeed expands the stability margin of the power system.
