摘要
成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)是由多种器官合成的调节能量稳态的多肽激素,FGF21的作用机制复杂,能够以自分泌、旁分泌和内分泌因子的形式在多个靶器官中发挥不同的代谢功能。目前研究表明其可以提升胰岛素敏感度,增加血糖清除率,降低空腹血糖水平,降低胰高血糖素水平,减少体质量,保护胰岛β细胞等。FGF21被认为是一种新的治疗糖尿病和脂肪肝等代谢性疾病的药物。本文将对FGF21与糖脂代谢的研究进展进行综述。
Fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF21)is a peptide hormone synthesized by several organs and regulates energy homeostatis.The mechanism of FGF21 is complex,which can play different metabolic functions in multiple target organs in the form of autocrine,paracrine and endocrine factors.Current researches show that it can improve insulin sensitivity,increase blood glucose clearance,reduce fasting blood glucose and glucagon levels,reduce weight,and can protect isletβcells.FGF21 has been proposed as a novel therapeutic drug for metabolic complications such as diabetes and fatty liver disease.This review aims to interpret the research progress on the relationship between FGF21 and glucose and lipid metabolism.
