信息自助时代高校图书馆微知识服务模式探析 被引量:1

摘要 信息自助时代,需要高质、多元、个性、便捷的知识获取方式,微知识服务应运而生。从高校图书馆开展微知识服务的优势和特征入手,探讨了微知识服务的创新模式:包括通过整合图书馆优势资源,建立微知识库和检索平台;应用数据挖掘技术,分析用户需求并进行有针对性的微知识服务;建立奖励机制,促进隐性知识的交流与转移;不断通过效果评价、用户反馈等措施调整服务内容与策略,促进微知识服务模式的良性、动态发展。 In the era of information self-help,the high quality,diversified,personalized and convenient way to acquire knowledge is needed,and the micro-knowledge services emerge as the era requires.Starting with the advantages and characteristics of in university libraries in micro-knowledge service,this paper discusses the innovation mode of micro-knowledge service,which includes establishing the micro-knowledge base and retrieval platform through integrating the superior resources of the library,analyzing user needs and carrying out targeted micro-knowledge services by applying the data mining technology,promoting the exchange and transfer of tacit knowledge with establishing the reward mechanism,and constantly adjusting the service content and strategy through effect evaluation,user feedback and other measures to promote the benign and dynamic development of the micro-knowledge service model.
