国内竞争情报研究的结构特征与热点透视——基于CNKI的文献计量及可视化分析

Structural Characteristics and Hot Spot Perspective of Domestic Competitive Intelligence Research:Literature Metrology and Visualization Analysis Based on CNKI

以1999—2019年CNKI收录的竞争情报文献为来源,运用CiteSpace软件对竞争情报领域研究的热点问题及重点内容进行挖掘分析,通过绘制载文期刊、发文作者以及高频关键词等知识图谱,揭示竞争情报研究主题的演化规律并探讨未来研究方向。研究表明,学者、研究机构呈现出“大分散,小集中”的结构特征;大部分学者、研究机构之间形成了合作关系网络,但是仍存在部分学者和研究机构单独研究的现象;由竞争情报衍生出产业竞争情报、技术竞争情报等,而大数据和人工智能成为近年来竞争情报研究的热点。

Taking the literature of domestic competitive intelligence collected by CNKI from 1999 to 2019 as the source,this paper uses the CiteSpace analysis software to excavate and analyze the hot issues and key content in the field of competitive intelligence,and reveals the evolution law of competitive intelligence research topics and discusses the future research direction by mapping the knowledge map of journals,authors and high-frequency keywords.The research shows that scholars and research institutions show the structural characteristics of great dispersion and small concentration.Most scholars and research institutions have formed a cooperative network,but some scholars and research institutions still study independently.From the research of competitive intelligence,words such as industrial competitive intelligence and technological competitive intelligence are derived,and big data is a hot research topic in recent years.
