液相色谱-串联质谱技术在中药体内过程研究中的应用

The application of LC-MS/MS in Study of Pharmacokinetics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

由于液相色谱-串联质谱法在复杂待测组分的定量和定性检测上相较于单一的色谱法和质谱法具有较好的分辨率,更高的灵敏度和准确性,近年来被广泛的应用于中药的研究。文章对液相色谱和质谱法的原理和在中药体内过程研究中所具备的优缺点进行介绍,并通过检索近15年来在国内外发布的运用液相色谱-串联质谱法研究中药体内过程的文献,对目前不同种液相色谱-串联质谱法在各种中药材、中药方剂和中药制剂的体内过程研究应用进行综述。

Compare with the individual liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry,Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)has excellent resolution,higher sensitivity and better accuracy when deal with the quantitation and qualitation of the complex components,it was widely used in the research of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In this article,the advantages and disadvantages of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry in the research of traditional Chinese medicine have already been pointed out,and we retrieve the published literatures that use the LC-MS methods to study the pharmacokinetics process of traditional Chinese medicine in recent 15 years at home and abroad,and reviewed the research and application of different LC-MS methods in the study of the pharmacokinetics process of Chinese crude drug,Chinese medicinal formula,Chinese medicine preparation.
